Garden shows are much more than temporary large-scale events: they are catalysts for sustainable urban development and drivers for green and open space planning. Under the title “NRW grows beyond itself – Garden shows: The green booster for tomorrow's life,” the State Working Group for State Garden Shows at the International Plant Fair (IPM) in Essen is once again focusing on the potential of state, federal, and international garden shows. The Horticultural Association is bringing together the key players to discuss the opportunities that garden shows offer for climate-adapted, livable, and green urban design – in North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond.
