+ + + Birchmeier presents new product to mark its 150th anniversary

Birchmeier is a leading Swiss manufacturer of sprayers, foamers, dosing devices, spreaders, and powderers. Its extensive product range extends from small hand-held sprayers to backpack and wheelbarrow sprayers. New to the range is the C 50 two-wheel battery-powered sprayer, which is powered by a CAS battery (18 V LiHD / 8.0 Ah). The electronic control system allows the pressure to be preselected and kept constant. It also monitors important functions of the pump and battery. Depending on the pressure and accessories used, the battery capacity is up to 22 hours. 

Birchmeier devices are known for their well-thought-out, practical details: the C 50, for example, has a switchable mixing function. When the agitator is switched on, the spray liquid in the container is mixed with the aid of the pump. This prevents the agent from settling on the bottom during operation and also allows spray agents to be mixed in the device.The advantages of the new sprayer are obvious: no smell of gasoline and no exhaust fumes when working, but instead a quiet and economical device with excellent ease of use à la Birchmeier:

• The user selects the desired working pressure from 1 to 6 bar continuously via a rotary control.
• The fill level is easy to read thanks to the 50-liter scale on the plastic container.
• The 10-meter-long hose, which can be wrapped around the neck of the device when not in use, allows for flexible use even at greater distances.
• There is a practical “quiver” on the side of the device for storing spray pipes and other accessories.

The “Made in Switzerland” quality standard focuses on product functionality and reliability. Durability also plays a key role for the company. In 1889, the Swiss company developed the world's first backpack sprayer. Since then, Birchmeier has repeatedly attracted attention with its innovations. All devices are developed and produced in the company's own factory in Stetten (Switzerland). The products are exported to over 80 countries.
