    + + + The winners of the IPM Messe-Cup will be honored

    The centerpiece of the FDF World of the German Florists' Association in Hall 5 was once again the revolving stage with many exciting shows and inspiring actors. Today, on the last day of the IPM ESSEN trade fair, all the participants will meet again at 10:30 a.m. for a big group photo to thank them for their work. At 12 noon, the winners of the IPM Messe-Cup will also be honored on the main stage.

    Under the motto "Boundless blooming community", the competition participants will present their skills and workpieces in the categories "Bouquet", "Green Hero in a Pot" and "Container Planting". The IPM Trade Fair Cup focuses on the range of floral and horticultural achievements - coupled with a large portion of creativity. The aim is to showcase new floral trends, innovative flower arrangements, many stories about potted plants and a floral connection with the IPM. 

    The winners of the IPM Messe-Cup 2025 under the motto “Our heart beats green” in the categories “Bouquet”, “Green hero in a pot” and “Container planting” have already been determined. Yeo Jin Choi from the Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule in Düsseldorf won the IMP Messe-Cup 2025 with the highest number of points. Her employer is Tannendiele M. Frings in Düsseldorf. As the overall winner, she will receive the coveted Messe Cup trophy and a bonus of 500 euros at 12 noon today on the FDF stage. The creative pieces will be on display in Hall 5 until the end of the IPM ESSEN.

    Winner in the "Bouquet" category

    First place in the bouquet category went to Dominik Zelles, a trainee from the Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule in Düsseldorf. He was also awarded for the best trainee bouquet. Second place in the bouquet category went to Yoe Jin Choi from the Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule in Düsseldorf. Daria Nikolaeva, a trainee at Blumen Große-Kock in Duisburg, took third place in the bouquet creations category.

    Winner in the "Green Hero in a Pot" category

    Steven Betker from the Justus-von-Liebig School in Hanover was the winner in the "Green Hero in a Pot" category. He also received the prize for the best trainee work. Yoe Jin Choi from the Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule in Düsseldorf came second in the "Green Hero in a Pot" category. Third place in the "Green Hero in a Pot" category went to Fabian Liss from Blumen Selders in Neuss.

    Winner of the "Container Planting" category 

    Fabian Liss from Blumen Selders in Neuss took first place in the "Container Planting" category. Second place went to Yoe Jin Choi, employed by Tannendiele M. Frings in Düsseldorf. Third prize went to the joint entry by Evelin Fangauf, Jasmin Laudenbach and Jan Reckewey from the Justus-von-Liebig-Schule in Hanover.

    Yoe Jin Choi from the Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Schule in Düsseldorf won the IMP Messe Cup 2025 with the most points as the overall winner. Her employer is Tannendiele M. Frings in Düsseldorf.

    The IPM Messe Cup is hosted and organized by the Fachverband Deutscher Floristen Landesverband NRW e.V., the Landesverband Gartenbau NRW e.V. and Messe Essen.
