+ + + New varieties and innovative technologies

The Commercial Horticultural Association CHA will once again be responsible for the British joint stand in Hall 7 this year, where more than 16 member companies will be presenting their wide range of new varieties and innovative technologies: whether manufacturers of horticultural equipment, high-performance LED lamps or special fertilizers or breeders of roses and clematis - they will all be showing what the Emerald Isle has to offer the green industry worldwide.

New labels for roses

David Austin® Roses will be presenting its new pin label on stand 7A28.2. It is designed to achieve improved brand positioning for growers and retailers. The new and improved label uses symbols for ease of understanding and QR codes for quick access to up-to-date information in multiple languages.

Clematis with large flowers

It is also worth visiting the Raymond Evison Clematis The Guernsey Clematis Nursery on stand 7A28.1 where the Clematis Guernsey Flute™ EviGsy153(PBR) will be showcased as a new addition to the show. The exquisite, large, star-shaped, pure white flowers with a diameter of around 12 to 14 centimetres and red anthers are produced from May to July and bloom reliably and repeatedly until September. With its compact habit and a height of 90 to 120 centimeters, Guernsey Flute is a wonderful addition to a patio, in a container or in a flower bed where it grows through host plants.

Pot against root circling

The Caledonian Tree Company Ltd. will be presenting its Air-Pot® on stand 7A28.7. The special design of the pot wall prevents root circling and deformation and guarantees the development of a healthy fibrous root structure. These healthy roots mean faster growth and higher yields. Air-Pot containers are made in Scotland from recycled HDPE, a strong and extremely stable food-safe plastic. The containers are reusable and are designed to last up to 15 years, even in tropical sunlight.
