From Tuesday, January 23, 2024, visitors to IPM 2024 in Hall 1, Stand E21 at Messe Essen will find out how the green sector can use consumer and style trends to get consumers excited about flowers and plants. As a "green thread", the "BIOPHILIC BOOST" trend can be experienced with all the senses at the Landgard trade fair stand. It is one of the five consumer and style trends from the TRENDBOOK 2024/25, which Landgard has developed together with other professionals from the green sector to show which influences will shape the flower and plant world in the 2024/2025 season.

Under the motto "Women's Power", the growers' cooperative will also be presenting seven new Landgard retail campaigns at IPM 2024, using the example of International Women's Day, which will create comprehensive impulse and experience worlds around sales highlights and seasonal flowers and plants. The sustainability brand "Respect Nature" and the herb brands "Eataliano" and "IssBio" at the Landgard trade fair stand will address current topics that move the green sector throughout the year. License cooperations such as the "Landlust Collection", "Zanzibar" and "Maya the Bee" show how well-known brands can help to attract even more attention to flowers and plants.

Once again this year, the green products and expertise of Landgard member companies are a central component of the cooperative's trade fair presence. Numerous growers will be available as contact persons in 15 boxes on the days of the fair or will be showing their flower and plant highlights on separate tables.

Experts from the Landgard specialist trade with Bloomways, Deko & Floristikbedarf, Pflanzenmarkt and Gartenbau, Landgard-Erzeugerbetreuung, Veiling Rhein-Maas, Fresh Logistics System, edv-Ring and the "1000 gute Gründe" initiative will round off the cooperative IPM trade fair presence.

40 years of IPM are also a reason to celebrate for the Landgard growers' cooperative: "With its openness to the world and its diverse exhibitors, products and innovations, IPM has established itself over the last 40 years as an information and trade meeting point for the green sector. The fact that we have accompanied and shaped this path with Landgard as part of the 'IPM family' from the very beginning makes us very proud," emphasizes Landgard CEO Oliver Mans. Landgard board member Dirk Bader adds: "As the most important trade fair and central platform, IPM will continue to be an indispensable link between growers, products and customers for us in the future. And we are already looking forward to exciting innovations relating to flowers and plants, lots of good discussions on important industry topics and plenty of momentum and confidence for the future of the green sector".

Welcome to Green Hour 2024 - on Thursday, January 25, 2024, starting at 5:00 p.m.

This year, Landgard is looking green at the traditional stand evening on IPM Thursday. From 5 p.m., visitors to this year's "Green Hour" of the growers' cooperative will learn how industry partners can make effective use of trends together. Landgard board members Oliver Mans and Dirk Bader, Sonja Dümmen ("Green me up"), Klaus Wagener (BLOOM'S) and Kornelia Friedenauer (Burda/Mein schöner Garten) will discuss these and other exciting questions.
